LAZY RCMP- Dziekanski murderers

TO the left is the Richmond RCMP officer who after the killing of Dziekanski said " I know for certain that only three members were involved and that they could not use pepper spray because there were so many people in the area. " Facts that were shown to be blatantly untrue. So how much credibility does he have? Zilch! Like most of the RCMP.
I have over 30 years of doing Criminal law as a lawyer in 15 different municipal jurisdictions in and around Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, in Kamloops and in Victoria, and I can say, without any reasonable doubt, that the best police force in British Columbia is the Vancouver City Police. The worst police forces in British Columbia, bar none, are the RCMP. The RCMP are incompetent, lazy and unproductive. The only reason many Cities use the RCMP is because in large measure the Federal government pays a part of the cost of policing to the municipality if they use the RCMP. If it were not for that fact most City's would hire their own force.

The Taser killing by the lazy RCMP of Mr Dziekanski is criminal. If the RCMP do not fire those bastards the administration of justice has been brought into disrepute to the point of bankruptcy. Quite frankly they should be charged with murder and let a jury decide their guilt or innocence. The only respect they have is the respect they earned a 100 years ago; nothing earned currently. They think respect is deserved not earned.

The best thing that any City could do for their communities is to get rid of the RCMP. In fact if the BC Solicitor General John Les had any balls he would lead the charge but he is an RCMP ass kisser and doesn't really care about the citizens of BC.
The only three things that the RCMP do well is fly planes, ride horses and wear a red tunic. That's it! If you want a police force that gets results, knows their city and does competent proactive , respectable police work, it is the Vancouver or Victoria City Police. I wish to God that BC (I mean John Les the Liberal S.G.) had the balls to get rid of the RCMP and take a page out of Quebec's books. Get the Feds to give us the money and let us look after/hire our own Provincial Police Force. Tell the RCMP to go back to where ever they came from.

The worst Police force in BC is the Kamloop RCMP. They even use their position to avenge their personal wrongs against Criminal Lawyers

...and Dion Talks About Trust: What a joke

Christiane Amanpour of CNN

Her recent expose called "God's Warriors" on CNN is really what Ted Turner visualized when he created CNN in the first place. It is high time such was exposed in the USA. Maybe the American Congressmen can be embarrassed into being righteous again and start to oppose Israel's settlement process. Refusing to send them 3 billion dollars every year until the settlements come down would be a good start.

ALEC BALDWIN...Right ON

Alec Baldwin has called it right on and put Parental Alienation Syndrone on full display in the clearest fashion possible. He is a hero....and it is the mothers fault combined with a judicial system that will not deal with this evil. The father, no matter what he does, can not win when a mother plays this "poison-minded" game and the Canadian courts, coast to coast, let her play this game with inpunity. Kim Bassinger is an evil uncaring bitch. I agree with Bill Maher.
The unfortunate reality is that the feminists in the media will do over time to blame Alec for the situation caused by Kim. The media need to be honest. Every father who has been treated as a disposable piece of shit by the mother, and by the courts , will relate to Alec.

Vimy Ridge: The Birth of a Nation

Wow. The rededication of the Vimy Ridge Memorial had an emotional tinge to it all day. It had me in tears at points It can not be described any better then the way that Prime Minister Steven Harper did.
It must be remembered that Hitler toured the memorials built after the First World War during the Second World War and demolished all of them. However he did not tear down the one at Vimy built for the Canadians who died there because it celebrated the dead not victory over Germany. No bombs ever fell near the Vimy Memorial. It survived the Second World War untouched.
Harper said, "Your Majesty, Mr. Prime Minister of the Republic of France, distinguished guests, veterans, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you all for honouring us with your presence today.
We Canadians here today are a long way from home but there may be no place on Earth that makes us feel more Canadian, because we sense all around us the presence of our ancestors.

If we close our eyes we can see them, dressed in their olive khaki uniforms, rifles slung over their shoulders, the distinct wide-brimmed helmet perched on their heads.
They are emerging from their filthy trenches, trudging through the boot-sucking mud, passing the skeletons of trees and the shell holes of blood, surrounded by the horrible noises of war.
Overhead, the Canadian Red Ensign is fluttering through the smoke.
One hundred thousand brave Canadians fought here 90 years ago today. Three thousand five hundred and ninety-eight died.
Every nation has a creation story to tell.
The First World War and the battle of Vimy Ridge are central to the story of our country.
The names of all the great battles are well known to Canadians and Newfoundlanders, but we know the name of Vimy best of all, because it was here for the first time that our entire army fought together on the battlefield and the result was a spectacular victory, a stunning breakthrough that helped turn the war in the Allies' favour.
Often, the importance of historical events is only understood with the benefit of hindsight, but at Vimy everybody immediately realized the enormity of the achievement.
Brigadier-General Alexander Ross famously said that when he looked out across the battlefield he saw, and I quote, ?Canada from the Atlantic to the Pacific on parade,? and that he felt he was witnessing the birth of a nation.
The year after the war ended the brilliant Canadian commander at Vimy, Sir Arthur Currie, put it another way in a speech at Toronto's Empire Club.
Canada was a nation of immigrants before 1914, he said. Now these men who have come back are your very own.
Nothing tells our story of the First World War as eloquently or as powerfully as this extraordinary monument. It reminds us of the enormity of their sacrifice and the enormity of our duty to follow their example and to love our country and defend its freedom for ever.
The veterans of Vimy passed their stories to their children, who passed it to theirs, who passed it to us, who are passing it to our children.
Thousands of them are with us today. And some of them will return here some day with their own children, and their grandchildren.
Because nothing tells our story of the First World War as eloquently or as powerfully as Walter Allward's extraordinary monument to the 11,285 Canadians who fell in France with no known resting place.
Allward said he was inspired by a dream. He saw thousands of Canadians fighting and dying in the vast battlefield. Then, through an avenue of giant poplars, a mighty army came marching to their rescue. They were the dead, Allward said. They rose in masses and entered to fight and aid the living: I have tried to show this in this monument to Canada's fallen, what we owed them, and will owe them forever.
It is sometimes said that the dead speak to the living. So at this special place at this special time on this special day, let us together listen to the final prayer of those whose sacrifice we are honouring. We may hear them say softly: I love my family, I love my comrades, I love my country and I will defend their freedom to the end."
It can not be said better then the way Harper did

WAR Declared on Iran

A headline in the not too distant future. Just like Argentina, a third rate power, learned in the Falklands conflict, Iran will learn it can pluck the feathers of an eagle with hostages and a USA President like President Jimmy Carter but it CAN NOT fuck around like that with a country like Great Britain.

PROOF OF GLOBAL WARMING

Just in case anyone needs proof, the picture above confirms that global warming is accelerating and the next picture confirms it needs immediate attention. In fact I think the problem also includes global tilting. Hopefully the middle east will wind up as the new North Pole.

Happy New Year

And just for fun. (put on your headphones)

Try this one for a real political trip or a non liberal sense of faith or a fearless existence that enables a bonifide economic success that only conservatives can enjoy.

THE SYMPTOMS OF INNER PEACE

A tendency to think and act spontaneously (Conservatives)rather than from fears(NDP) based on past experiences (Liberals).

An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.

American Peacemakers

TO all of those Liberals who are conned by the CBC and think only Canadians are peacemakers and heros, please have a boo at this Youtube. I am proud of the Canadian Soldiers and Canada's approach. I am equally as proud of the American soldiers who are peacemakers; something the CBC would never portray.

The pictures that follow show a bravery, a provident and a providential manner that can not lose. Youtube is the American version and, of course, a little more Hollywood but the same story. Now if I were really creative I'd do a Youtube Canadian version with song etc. The pictures are the Canadian version.

One picture is worth a thousand suicide bombers.

Maher Arar?

Maher Arar, a Muslim from Syria, is bound and determined to prove the benefits of living in a Christian democrazy like Canada. In which Muslim country could he get the justice he has got in Canada? Certainly, by the looks of this picture, not in Egypt.

Three Egyptian cops teach a Christian his place in an Islamic social system. Note the beaters feet are off the ground. That ain't a love tap

Liberal Farce:The Face Of Dion

Bob Rae or Dion will be the new leader of the Liberal Party. When one knows the nature of the beast it is easy to predict. The Liberals are socialists. Bob Rae is a socialist. Dion is the typical francophone catholic socialist that is the essence of the Liberal Party. Ignatieff doesnt have a hope in the Liberal Party as he is too Protestant. Therefore the socialists Liberals will elect a socialist Rae or Dion.

Muslim Crusade

Hey Jack Layton. Whose side are you on? It is liberals like you that motivate the extreme Islamists. These crazy Muslims want you dead. They use drills on their victims, cut off their heads, burn them alive. If Liberals like Louise Arbour want to investigate war crimes why not take a look at Muslims as an entity?

You, Jack Layton, need to listen to this. This applys to Bob Rae as well...You know the left's Joe Clark. When Rae has to make a big decision, he makes the wrong one. And of course, it's expensive.

I ask you both to have a listen. I appreciate that the Liberal Party is the place for retired NDPers or is that the NDP's rejects

Global Warming Totally Destroying BC Forest

The pine beetle used to be killed off each winter by the freezing cold. No more. They survive each winter now thanks to global warming. And the beetle population grows and grows and eats more and more trees....destroying an entire Provincial forest.

You may think we can ignor global warming. Not so! It has brought about the destruction of the BC forest and which invasion will cross the pine tundra west to east from the Yukon to northern Quebec by the year 2010. The pine beetle is coming along with the pineapple express. That red area of the middle of British Columbia has been destroyed and killed by the pine beetle; turned into dry cinder, a standing fire hazard; an entire forest gone, divestated, completely and totally gone, dead. Trees that took a hundred years to grow have been ate up like candy in a dozen years; pine beetle candy.

Take a look at the critter coming to you real soon. Thank you Buzz Hargrove! Thank you Ford. Thank you Chevrolet. Thank you GMC.

A Different Christmas Poem

The embers glowed softly, and in their dim light,
I gazed round the room and I cherished the sight.
My wife was asleep, her head on my chest,
My daughter beside me, angelic in rest.

Outside the snow fell, a blanket of white,
Transforming the yard to a winter delight.
The sparkling lights in the tree I believe,
Completed the magic that was Christmas Eve.

My eyelids were heavy, my breathing was deep,
Secure and surrounded by love I would sleep.
In perfect contentment, or so it would seem,
So I slumbered, perhaps I started to dream.

The sound wasn't loud, and it wasn't too near,
But I opened my eyes when it tickled my ear.
Perhaps just a cough, I didn't quite know,
Then the sure sound of footsteps outside in the snow.

My soul gave a tremble, I struggled to hear,
And I crept to the door just to see who was near.
Standing out in the cold and the dark of the night,
A lone figure stood, his face weary and tight.

A soldier, I puzzled, some twenty years old,
Perhaps a Marine, huddled here in the cold.
Alone in the dark, he looked up and smiled,
Standing watch over me, and my wife and my child.

"What are you doing?" I asked without fear,
"Come in this moment, it's freezing out here!
Put down your pack, brush the snow from your sleeve,
You should be at home on a cold Christmas Eve!"

For barely a moment I saw his eyes shift,
Away from the cold and the snow blown in drifts..
Then he sighed and he said "Its really all right,
I'm out here by choice. I'm here every night."

"It's my duty to stand at the front of the line,
That separates you from the darkest of times.
No one had to ask or beg or implore me,
I'm proud to stand here like my fathers before me.

I can live through the cold and the being alone,
Away from my family, my house and my home.
I can stand at my post through the rain and the sleet,
I can sleep in a foxhole with little to eat.

I can carry the weight of killing another,
Or lay down my life with my sister and brother..
Who stand at the front against any and all,
To ensure for all time that this flag will not fall."

"So go back inside," he said, "harbor no fright,
Your family is waiting and I'll be all right."
"But isn't there something I can do, at the least,
"Give you money," I asked, "or prepare you a feast?

It seems all too little for all that you've done,
For being away from your wife and your son."
Then his eye welled a tear that held no regret,
"Just tell us you love us, and never forget.

To fight for our rights back at home while we're gone,
To stand your own watch, no matter how long.
For when we come home, either standing or dead,
To know you remember we fought and we bled.

Is payment enough, and with that we will trust,
That we mattered to you as you mattered to us.

The author of the poem was an American and he would have added the next two stanzas to the poem. I'm sure a Canadian would have added some place else probably in Northern Europe and a Maple Leaf Flag....different places but the same sentiments.

My Gramps died at 'Pearl on a day in December,"
Then he sighed, "That's a Christmas 'Gram always remembers."
My dad stood his watch in the jungles of 'Nam',
And now it is my turn and so, here I am.

I've not seen my own son in more than a while,
But my wife sends me pictures, he's sure got her smile.
Then he bent and he carefully pulled from his bag,
The red, white, and blue... an American flag

Remembrance Day

Lieutenant Colonel John McCrae, MD (1872-1918) Canadian Army
IN FLANDERS FIELDS the poppies blow Between the crosses row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, fly Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow, Loved and were loved, and now we lie In Flanders fields.
Take up our quarrel with the foe: To you from failing hands we throw The torch; be yours to hold it high. If ye break faith with us who die We shall not sleep, though poppies grow In Flanders fields.

Meanwhile in Afghanistan...

Liberals wake up to "Bush-like" American Left

WATERLOO REGION (Nov 9, 2006)

Former U.S. president Bill Clinton urged Canada to keep its soldiers fighting in Afghanistan in a talk in Kitchener yesterday.

Pulling out of the country now could allow the repressive Taliban regime to take control again, he warned.

The Taliban would again offer protection to the terrorists who attacked the U.S. on Sept. 11, 2001 and who are now in hiding, he said.

"That would have direct implications for your security," Clinton said.

He spoke yesterday to almost 1,000 people at a hall at Bingemans. They spent $500 each to attend a fundraiser for the Catholic Family Counselling Centre, which is expanding its campaign against family violence.

He said NATO allies must stay in Afghanistan to support its democratic, pro-western government, and he said the U.S. should put up to 8,000 more troops there.

"If we lose in Afghanistan and the Taliban come back, it will not only be a nightmare for the Afghan people," Clinton said, "but it will create greater options of movement for the Al-Qaeda leadership, and increase the likelihood that they will be able to mount and conduct more global terrorist operations."

Clinton drew distinctions between the NATO-led war in Afghanistan and the American-led war in Iraq.

The U.S. made a "serious mistake" by invading Iraq when it was already fighting in Afghanistan, and by underestimating the challenges in each place, he said.

"Because Canada has been part of our NATO alliance in Afghanistan, you are paying the price of that," Clinton said...

At least CBC news online carried its own version of the story--as did a Pakistani online paper! But then maybe the Pakistani media or Afghanistan media actually take the war seriously, not just as a political game. (via Spotlight on Military News and International Affairs)

Pakistan here we COME

WE are tracking the crazies Spiritual leader.

Ralph Klein will be missed!

You Gotta LOVE Klein They dont make honest men like this very often.

Left Wing Feminism

Perhaps we should let these crazy Muslims kill a Liberal or two and then maybe the Liberals would appreciate that these Islamic Muslims who engage in suicide bombing must be stopped and exterminated like a virus.
What kind of people hide behind a woman to kill other innocent people?

Very sick puppies!!

Victoria City Liberalism

It is so amazing and so predictable. Year after year I watch the City's leaders buckle (suckhole) to the local Times Communist newspaper and cater to the perspective of the "homeless" and the "poor". The Times Communist runs the same stories year after year...same story, different names. THey always miss the point. When downtown Victoria becomes the East Hastings of Victoria maybe the people of Victoria will get a new newspaper; one that cares for the people paying their wages rather then addicts and crazys.

The future and predictable result is that they will turn the Victoria City's downtown into Vancouver's Main and Hastings; an area where nobody in their right mind would venture. That is because they pretend over and over to be dealing with the politically correct notion that the "homeless" and the "poor" need fixes for their problems. The reality is that drug addicts, meth addicts, pedders and dealers, thiefs, hoods, excons, along with some crazy people (I'm sorry some people with mental handicaps)who have been put on to the street by the closure of groups homes by the NDP. God forbid that the Times Communists (I'm sorry I mean Colonist) would blame the socialists for anything wrong.

In time the businesses that survive on the tourists trade shut down because business goes elsewhere. The majestic EMPRESS HOTEL has lost Convention business because of the aggressive addicts on the street. (Oh I am sorry the starving "homeless")Nobody can park their auto because it will be broke into.

The real solution is to create a bubble zone that bars homeless or addicts from the downtown zone of Victoria before they turn Douglas and View into Main and Hastings.

I have to admit I was impressed with the efforts made by New York to clean up its problem and they started it with leaning on people who littered and making them or their presence politically incorrect.

Does anyone remember reading about New York City deciding to crack down on littering a number of years ago? At first, it seems like such an inconsequential matter to focus on, but studies showed that as soon as that first piece of litter hit the turf, people felt free to toss anything and everything onto the ground in it's wake. Focusing attention on that initial offense, was the first step in reclaiming New York's reputation as a tourist, if you will, mecca. The first piece of litter to clean out in Victoria is the Times Colonist.

Islamic Crusade With Bob Rae's Consent

One only needs to read this summary to legitimately ask the question, "Who is gonna stop this?" The Liberals? The NDP? The Conservatives? The Liberals and NDP think its negotiable. The Conservatives have the balls to say no.

Belinda Stronach...a dog?

Let's ask Mrs Tie Domi if she thinks Belinda is a dog.
Belinda Stronach has emerged to defend her honour, offer, honour, offer, honour....
Of course the CBC never lets the facts spoil a good story.

You know the shorthand names for famous couples....What do you suppose people will call Belinda Stronach and Tie Domi? That's easy: Belomi.

Weapons of the Future?

Canadian Exceptionism

I have to reprint the entire article by Rants and Raves as it applies to Canada in different ways whether it be Sikh daggers on students in schools or turbans on the RCMP. Have a read.It is not Liberal friendly. Its OK for the Taliban Muslims to gut prisoners alive but it is a war crime if we fight that way.

American exceptionalism
The other day my wife asked me, "What are the Minutemen?" So I explained that they are a volunteer organization that watches the Mexican-American border and reports illegals entering the US to the Border Patrol. I added that the name of the organization is, perhaps unfortunately, the same as that of a proto-"militia" group that existed for a while in the 60s but that this bunch is going out of their way to avoid a vigilante image. They never go armed for example.

"So why do you ask?" Because she saw an news program about them which derided them as a bunch of racist nuts.

We also saw that an indignant Mexico is thinking about taking the case of the proposed border fence to the UN.

What I'm wondering about is, does anybody see how seriously nutty this fuss is? Every country in the world, without exception, regards their right to control their own borders as a given. Heck, it just about defines what a country is!

Mind you, this is entirely separate from the issue of what you think immigration policy ought to be. My wife is a Polish citizen and her best friends here are Mexican and Kenyan, who are in my humble opinion the kind of people who will make fine Americans.

America, it seems, has to be the exception. According to some, we have no right to ask anyone about their right to be here. Nor do we ask if the policy of their country of origin is reciprocal. Can I just waltz into Mexico, settle down, get a job etc without permission and documentation? (Do I really have to answer that one? OK, the answer is No Way! Furthermore, a foreigner cannot buy real estate outright but only 99 year leases last I looked.)

Reminds me of a conversation I had almost twenty years ago with an Anthro grad student. This fellow was looking for some previously unblamed White folks to indict and came up with the Swedes. "Everybody thinks they're so wonderful and tolerant, but look how they treat the Gypsies!"

"Well," said I, "in a country where people in small towns still habitually leave their doors and windows open to air the house when they go somewhere, they tend to get upset when bands of petty thieves come through."

"How can you say that! How can you call them thieves?"

"Uh, I don't know, give me a hint. Is it because they take things that don't belong to them?"

"Well that's just their culture."

"I realize that, and in our culture we lock people who do that up. The Gypsies understand that, why don't you? And do you know how Gypsies treat their own who steal from other Gypsies? They exile them for life. So why is it that every culture is allowed to defend their ways - except us?"

I thought that was a fair question. I'm still waiting for an answer.
